The Face of Lou's Law

In February 2025, Lou was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer. She was given just 1 to 3 months to live. Refusing to accept that prognosis, Lou embarked on a powerful journey. What began as a deeply personal fight for survival soon evolved into a larger mission: changing federal law so that Medicare covers alternative and integrative therapies for every American. This is her story.
